JOB TITLE: School Receptionist with DBS LOCATION: Chatham SALARY: GBP11.50 - 12.50 per hour TERM: Temporary HOURS: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm START: ASAP We are seeking a dedicated and organised Receptionist to join our client #39;s team and contribute to the smooth operation of their school. The day to day duties in your new job would be: Provide an efficient and professional reception service - greeting visitors, staff and pupils and ensure they sign in out Answer enquiries received in person, by phone or via emails - responding to Queries relaying messages Ensure monies received for dinner, clubs, trips are recorded and passed to the relevant person.
